- Try using a different browser or an incognito window.

- Confirm you have access to the workspace and projects you’re querying — Friday inherits your permissions.
- If the integration was recently connected, try asking Friday again after a few seconds as the initial sync may take a moment.

- If you specified a recipient outside your allowed domain, the email was silently redirected to your own address — check your own inbox.

- Check the Space to confirm the schedule is configured correctly. Open the Space and verify the trigger time and timezone.
- Look at the Sessions list to see if there was a failed session at the expected time.
- If there’s no session at all, the schedule may have been misconfigured. Tell Friday in chat: “Check the schedule for my [Space name] automation.”

- Open the session to review each execution step and see what data was processed.
- Check whether the data sources returned the expected content (APIs may have changed, pages may have been updated).
- Tell Friday what’s wrong: “The last run of my news digest included irrelevant articles. Can you tighten the filters?”
